Sunday, 10:45am (Starts Sept. 13)
· Are all worldviews equal?
· Is there such a thing as absolute truth in today's relative culture?
· Is faith contradictory to science?
· Can the existence or non-existence of God be proven?
· How do we know what is right and what is wrong?
· What about the issues of evil and human suffering?
· When was the last time you consciously thought about thinking?
· What are the foundations upon which correct thinking rests?
· Are there any unknown logical inconsistencies in your personal worldview?
· How much proof is required to be certain of something?
It should be noted that philosophy and theology are not academic studies reserved only for a small group of specialized, elite scholars.
As a matter of fact, we are all practicing philosophers and theologians; the only issue is whether or not we have a coherent and consistent structure to our reasoning.
