2010 SPRING TOURNAMENT:

We will begin collecting registration fees for next season which will begin on March 7 through May 2.

$65 (early bird rate), if registered by Friday, December 31st
$80 (regular rate), if registered by Friday, February 12th
$90 ($80 registration + $10 late fee), after Friday, February 12th, if slots are still available

Insurance: It is the responsibility of every individual to provide for their own accident and health coverage while participating in all Bridgeway activities. Bridgeway does not provide any such coverage for its participants.

Release from liability: Recognizing that Bridgeway will do its best to ensure a safe experience. I understand that accidents may occur while participating in a Men's sports program. I agree to assume these risks. Therefore I do hereby relieve Bridgeway Church Inc., its agencies, staff, and/or volunteer personnel of any liabilities whatsoever involving me while participating in activities sponsored by Bridgeway.  I also give permission for myself to be treated by a physician in case of an emergency such as injury or illness.
