Senior Pastor - Douglas Turner
Douglas is blessed with a beautiful wife, Catherine, and five children, which are the love of his life. He received his M.Div. from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary, and a B.A. in Political Science from Messiah College. After pastoring First Baptist Church of Rhinebeck for 4 years, Douglas felt called to the Capital District of New York to plant a church. Having successfully planted a church in Albany, NY, God called Douglas and his family to Georgia to unite their hearts with Bridgeway Church. His children have all attended Bridgeway Christian Academy, and have participated in Bridgeway Recreation's Soccer program. Douglas has participated in Missions trips to Dominican Republic, Ukraine, Bolivia, Germany, Mexico, Swaziland and India. His favorite toy is his Droid Incredible, and is crazy about soccer, especially Manchester United Football Club!

Music Leader - Iain Velez
Raised as a missionary kid in Bolivia with a Scottish mother and Colombian father, Iain is a representation of the diversity of our Church today. He lives in Alpharetta with his wife Nicole and dog Bossa. Besides leading worship, Iain teaches, coaches soccer, and leads the "chapel time" worship at Bridgeway Christian Academy.
Iain is a graduate of Houghton College in Houghton NY with degrees in Spanish and Business Administration. During his time in college he was also blessed with the opportunity to lead worship around the US as part of a Christian band called RFM (Ready for Monday). Today, he continues to use music for the honor and glory of God as music leader here at Bridgeway Church.

Bridgeway Recreation - Clay Auwarter
Clay is currently a resident of Duluth with his wife, Sherry, and four of their five children. Clay comes to us from Syracuse, NY, where he taught PE and coached Varsity Soccer for 24 years at Faith Heritage School. He has also served as coach/advisor to the baseball team, golf team and the roller hockey league. He is a graduate of Cedarville University in Ohio with his BA in Physical Education and has his Master's degree in Health, Physical Education, and Sport from Baptist Bible College in Clarks Summit, PA. He spent his many of his summers serving in children's camps, the last 19 of which were spent as the Children's Camp Director at Ontario Bible Camp. Hobbies include camping and both playing and watching a variety of sports (especiallly hockey!). "to be conformed to the image of His Son..." Romans 8:29

Church Office Manager - Judy Gillette
Judy has lived in the Alpharetta area since coming from South Carolina in 1995. Her husband passed away in 2000. Over the years she has served in many aspects of ministry. She comes to Bridgeway from being on the staff at the Home Mission Board, SBC, and the North American Mission Board since 1995. She has three grown children and 11 grandchildren. She feels very blessed to be a part of this ministry here at Bridgeway Church. Her life verse is Jeremiah 29:11

Church Administrator - Jon Kubler
Jon retired from the corporate world in 2008 and is focused on his new work of growing God's kingdom. He lives in Alpharetta and was a charter member of Bridgeway Church. Jon has been an Elder and Adult Bible Study Director. Currently, Jon is a member of the board of directors of Bridgeway Foundation for Education, Inc. and the leader of the Discovery Class. Jon is married to Phyllis Kubler and has three grown children and three grandchildren. In his spare time, Jon likes to play golf and build projects with his hands. His life verse is Matthew 5:16.

Financial Analyst - Robin Campbell
Robin was born and raised in New York State and graduated from SUNY Cobleskill with an AAS in Accounting. She married her husband Dan shortly after college, and they served together in various ministries in their local church. She worked for several small businesses and individuals in New York as accounting support. Her family relocated to the Atlanta area in 1997. She began working at Bridgeway Christian Academy in 1998, employed as a kindergarten assistant and later the assistant to the Director of Finance. In 2010 she began her duties as financial secretary at Bridgeway Church. Robin, Dan and their two daughters live in Suwanee, GA. She spends much of her spare time watching her daughter play lacrosse and rescuing french bulldogs.
